• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For art prints already in stock, they will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment. For orders within the USA, the package should arrive in 5 to 7 days. International shipping may take up to 14 days.

  Commissions:
  Please allow 1-2 days for me to respond to your request. Typically artwork is completed within 7 days, but at the most it may take up to 14 days depending on the difficulty of the commission request.

  I will be sure to keep you updated on the progress of the commission while I'm working on it, so be sure to check your emails for any updates from me about the artwork.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! ^_^

• Where may I view your other artwork?

• How are your prints/books packaged?

  I seal my artwork with plastic protective envelopes and place them on top of cardboard inside the package envelope to prevent it from bending. Large posters will also be sealed in plastic but they will be rolled into a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure they don't get damaged.

  Will rolling the poster damage the print? Not at all :) Simply roll them in the opposite direction and place them back in the mailing tube, and leave overnight. They will be flattened out the next day.

• So I finally have this awesome art, now what?

  Enjoy it! ^_^ Make it your desktop wallpaper, print it and display it proudly in a frame, you can even repost it online but please give proper credit to the original artist if you do (Courtney Crowe).

  The commissions I create are for personal use only. It is not to be used for commercial purposes or used in any contest entries. (for a commercial request, email me and we can discuss it further there.)

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
